She has worked as a management consultant with Ernst & Young and then went on to join the management team of a Capgemini service line of 1300 people providing outsourcing services in application management. She has recently worked as a consultant and executive coach with clients like Balfour Beatty, Avis Budget Group, RSA Insurance and Allianz.
