Dan brings to Ignitho more than three decades of financial and operational accounting experience, working extensively with entrepreneurial companies, private equity, and venture capital firms. Dan worked as the Principal in the Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) group and a leader in the Life Sciences industryIn his last role at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA). Prior to joining CLA in 2018, he was the Founder, CFO, and COO of several Life Science entities, including pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Dan has a solid track record of leading due diligence processes, negotiating capital funding of approximately $1 billion, and building international enterprises from startup to successful exits. He also brings expertise across industries such as consumer products, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and real estate, along with system implementation and process optimization.
